How do I make a payment?

Payment will automatically be deducted every 30 days from time of signup. If for some reason your payment fails we will send you an email notifying you to update your payment on file and pay the past due invoice. You can pay by credit card, paypal, or by mail only.

Credit Card/Paypal

If you pay using Credit Card/PayPal by default payment will be taken automatically every month. If payment should fail, you will need to login at your client area. Once logged in click where it says "My Invoices" click the invoice in an "unpaid" status that needs to be paid. You can make a payment by clicking the link that says, "View Invoice" and select the payment method and click the button "pay now". You can also add billing information if none is available.

Switching Payment Methods

You are welcome to switch how you pay at any time. To do so, just read the above method you would like to pay with.

Past Due Invoices

We allow 10 days to pay any past due invoices. If invoices are not paid within the ten days, your account will be suspended and a $10.00 late fee will be placed. You will have an additional 30 days to pay all open invoices before your account is terminated.
